Well, who would have thought I could do that? Certainly not me. I thought it would be far too difficult to actually write a book, I thought you had to be some kind of genius, with a wild imagination and the ability to conjure up 'other worlds'. In fact you just have to HAVE an imagination, not particularly wild or crazy, it just has to be there. And once you find it and tap into it, well things start to happen. I read from a lot of different writers that one of the keys to writing great stories is to read, a lot. That was never an issue, seeing as how I've loved reading from a very early age. It got to the point a few years ago when I actually converted one of the bedrooms into my own library. I did find it useful, whenever I wasn't sure about where the plot was going, or if something worked, I would take some time out and read a bit. When I came back to it, everything just seemed to click. So now the first one is out there, published via the Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing medium. It might not sell, but that was never really the reason for doing it, I loved writing it and I am proud of the end result. So much so, I think I might just do it again!!
